Kohler Elite Konnect is a loyalty program run by Kohler India for the Principal Dealer (one dealer per firm). Participation in the program is at the sole discretion of Kohler India. The dealer is required to qualify (basis certain criteria) to avail the rewards.

You can earn reward credits according to Credits Matrix section. You can redeem your earned credits for products and gift vouchers referring to the Rewards Catalogue section of this website.

  • Select the product(s) of your choice from the catalogue.
  • Select the quantity of the product and add to cart.
  • Click on "Checkout" to complete the redemption process.


Minimum 10,000 credits are required to start redemption.

You can view the rewards on the Rewards Catalogue section of this website. There is a large variety of products for you to choose from.

You cannot cancel the product once redeemed.

You can start redeeming on accumulation of 10,000 credits and when the redemption window is opened.

Please share damaged product details within 24 hours at Kohler Elite Konnect helpdesk by calling at 08044623955 or email at [email protected]. Any complaint post 24 hours of delivery will be not considered for replacement. We will address your concern within 48 working hours.

Your credit balance will not lapse after every quarter.
